Shirota, a death row inmate known as “Nitro,” breaks into Conference Room 6 and takes the receptionist hostage, demanding a meeting with the Minister of Defense. Yutani presses for the woman’s release, but when Nitro puts his hand on it, it explodes. He collapses unconscious and in a critical condition, emitting smoke.
